What’s free, exactly?

One site, 500,000 events a month, 30-day history, and the full agent surface — every MCP tool plus the closed loop. The loop is free to use, so you can feel it work before you pay. You upgrade for scale, not to unlock features. Free is generous and provisional: we’re in Development Preview, so these limits may move as we learn. We’ll never pull the rug on data you’ve already collected.

Do all plans get the AI tools and the loop?

Yes. Every plan — including Free — gets the complete agent surface and the closed feedback loop (record a change, then ask “did it work?”). You pay for scale: more sites, longer retention, and higher event volume. Never for access.

How many sites can I track?

Free covers one site. Pro includes 5, Team includes 25, and Enterprise is unlimited. Pricing is per account, not per site — spin up as many apps as your plan allows without a separate subscription for each.

What happens when I hit my event limit?

Nothing breaks. Your tracker keeps running and never throws errors on your shipped site. Past your plan’s monthly volume we store a representative sample instead of every event, so the loop and dashboard keep working. We flag when sampling is on. No surprise charges, no overages.

When can I actually pay?

Billing isn’t open yet — UserActivity.ai is in Development Preview. Reserve founder pricing on Pro or Team and we’ll email you before billing goes live, with your price locked in.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are two months free — pay for ten months, get twelve. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime; annual plans cancel anytime and keep running until the end of the billing period.
